Notice of Public Hearing - January 29, 2026

The Council of the Municipality of the District of Argyle will be holding a public hearing to consider the following:

Development Agreement for a property along Highway 3, Eel Brook (PID 90341140)

The proposed development agreement would bring the current uses on the subject property, Marine Related – Aquaculture Use, into compliance with existing Municipal planning documents, adopted on August 17, 2020.

The public hearing will take place in Council Chambers at 5 Rue J. E. Hatfield Court in Tusket on Thursday, January 29, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. All persons with an interest in these matters are invited to participate by:

• Attending the public hearing in person

Written submissions are distributed to all Councillors and considered at the time of their decision.

Copies of the proposed amendment and development agreement may be viewed by interested persons between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Mondays to Fridays, excluding holiday closures, at the Argyle Municipal Office, 5 Rue J.
