PUBLIC HEARING
The Municipality has received an application for a development agreement (DA) to permit a carpentry shop and storage facilities at 30 Spinney Road in Lower Argyle (PID 90055278). The subject property is within the Coastal Community (CC) zone which permits the proposed uses by development agreement. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider entering into a development agreement to permit warehouse, self-storage and carpentry shop uses on the subject property.
